You can start assigning Declarations to your users once you have published at least one Declaration.
From the Organisation Dashboard click the “View all” link from the Users card.
To assign users to a Declaration, click the “Assign” button.
From the “Assign users” page, enter or paste the email addresses for the users into the “Users’ email addresses” form field. You can enter one or more email address at a time .
With the email addresses entered, select the Declarations that you want to assign to these users. Note that all users for whom you have provided the email addresses will be assigned the selected Declarations.
If you have more than one published Declaration they will be listed on this page. Select those that you wish to assign.
On clicking “Assign” the users will be assigned the Declarations selected. Email invites for the Declarations are sent each morning, so your users won’t receive their invitation immediately, it may be the following morning before they are sent.
You can manually send an invitation to individual users at any time. This is covered under Managing Users.
Your users don’t need to create accounts to complete their Declaration. They will be sent a unique secure link, asked to provide their first and last name, and accept the Declarations Terms.
The invite link for the Declarations expires once the user has submitted their response.
