Have you ever noticed a 'Linemen' sign? Well 7 year old Zoe Carew from Wellington has. She wondered why it used such a general-specific term, when women can be line workers also. So she wrote to the CEO of NZTA, Fergus Game, and asked for something more 'correct and fair'. Gammie agreed, and the signs are going to be changed to state 'Linecrew' instead.
