Common Questions
What if I go over my training plan's limit?
You can invite drivers up to the number of seats you have purchased. If you want to invite more then talk to the team at Fleetcoach about increasing your seat count.
What currencies do you support?
We accept payments in the following currencies: US Dollars (USD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and Australian Dollars (AUD).
What payment types are accepted?
We accept VISA and Mastercard. For high-volumes and larger organisations we do support invoicing as well.
Do you offer a free trial?
You can take a free Test Drive of the Fleetcoach to experience the training and learn more about our courses.
What is standard vs priority support?
With our priority support, your support requests go to the front of the queue for our expert support team to help you and your drivers.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. Changing to a higher plan will happen immediately and you'll be charged the pro rata difference between plans. Changing down a plan will take place at your next anniversary. Talk to the team at Fleetcoach if you'd like to make a change.
Can I pay monthly?
While the majority of our Fleetcoach training customers sign up for an annual subscription plan, we do offer the ability to pay monthly (with an annual commitment).
Can I integrate the training with my Learning Management System (LMS)?
Yes, you can! We have LTI integration support to allow you to offer Fleetcoach training within your LMS. This is offered as an additional paid service. Please contact our sales team to learn more.
Do I need a training seat for my admin?
Yes, Fleetcoach administrators like all users will occupy a seat. We encourage our administrators to complete the training so they have the same experience as their drivers, and they are probably drivers themselves!
