Dr Robert Isler live on 'Nine to Noon' radio show

Should the driving age be lowered? What should we be doing about driverless cars? And what could we do online to prevent crashes? Dr Robert Isler spills the beans.

Our Head of Research Dr Robert Isler was interviewed on Radio New Zealand's Nine to Noon programme last week, and we think he did an amazing job of explaining a bit more about why we do what we do.

Highlights:

  • The number of fatal car crashes by learner drivers has dropped by more than 70% in 10 years
  • Learn about how the eDrive and Fleetcoach online programmes work, and why they could reduce the road toll even further
  • A version for foreign drivers
  • Dr Isler's predictions for driverless cars, and what we should be doing about driving in the meantime.
